The Alabama Gulf Coast takes the same storms in four different housing stocks. Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are mostly beach houses and condominiums, many of them short-term rentals owned by people who do not live in Baldwin County. Foley sits inland and still loses shingles, siding, soffit, fascia, and fences when a tropical system comes ashore. Mobile County adds older houses, a larger year-round population, and Mobile Bay exposure. Our local Gulf Coast crews repair that damage. Hurricane season runs June 1 through November 30. Call 205-281-0940 for a free written estimate. We photograph damage before we touch it and write an itemized estimate that separates storm damage from wear that was already there. We work with your adjuster. We do not handle insurance claims, and we never waive deductibles.

Storm damage repair FAQ

Still have a question? Call 205-281-0940 or request a free estimate.

Do you repair storm damage in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Foley, and Mobile?

Yes. We repair wind damage to siding, soffit, fascia, and roofing edges; water intrusion after the property is dried in; fences, decks, and stairs; and interior rebuilds such as drywall, insulation, flooring, trim, and paint. Call 205-281-0940 for a free written estimate.

Will you handle my insurance claim?

No. We do not handle insurance claims, and you should be cautious of any contractor who offers to. Public adjusting is a licensed activity we do not perform. We photograph the damage, write an itemized estimate, and answer technical questions about the repair scope. You and your adjuster settle the claim. We work with your adjuster. We do not step into the claim.

Do you waive deductibles?

No. We never waive deductibles, and we do not offer to pay one for you. If someone promises that, treat it as a reason to keep looking.

How soon can you start after a hurricane?

Call 205-281-0940 as soon as it is safe and describe the damage. Making the property weather-tight comes first: tarps, board-up, and patches that stop active water. Then we photograph the damage and write the permanent repair estimate with a start date in writing.

Do you tarp and board up, or only do permanent repairs?

Both, and we keep them separate. Temporary weather-tightening (tarps, board-up, and patches that stop active water) can be its own visit. Permanent repairs are quoted after the property is stable and the damage is visible. You are not asked to sign a full repair contract while water is still coming in.
