Wind, water, and weather damage repaired right — documented for your adjuster, scoped in writing, and honest about what we do and don't do. Hurricane season is June 1 – November 30.
From the first tarp to the final walkthrough — scoped honestly and documented the whole way.
Roofing-edge damage, siding, soffit, fascia, and trim torn up by hurricane-force and storm winds
Interior rebuilds after mitigation — drywall, insulation, flooring, and finishes once the property is dried in
Tarps, board-up, and temporary repairs that stop active intrusion while permanent repairs are scoped
Fences, decks, stairs, porches, and outbuildings repaired or rebuilt after storm damage
Damage photographed before and during work — the record your adjuster needs for a clean claim
Itemized written estimates that separate storm scope from pre-existing wear, so claims stay clean
Post-storm is when storm chasers show up — out-of-state crews promising the moon, offering to "handle your insurance," and waiving deductibles they have no right to waive. We work differently, and we'll put it in writing.
After a major storm, every honest contractor on the coast books out fast. The best time to know who you'll call is before you need them — save our number now.
A clear sequence, in writing, from the first call to the final walkthrough.
Tell us what happened. We give you a real availability answer and prioritize weather-tightening
On-site assessment, damage photos, and an itemized written estimate for you and your adjuster
Scope and timeline agreed in writing before work starts — changes handled by written change order
Repairs completed to scope, documented with photos, and walked through with you at closeout
Straight answers, including what we won't do. Call 205-281-0940 for anything specific to your property.
Wind damage to roofing edges, siding, soffit, and fascia; water intrusion after the property is dried in; downed fences; damaged decks and stairs; broken windows and doors; and interior rebuilds after water mitigation — drywall, insulation, flooring, trim, and paint. If the damage involves active roof covering work we will tell you exactly what our scope covers before we start, and if your project needs a specialist we do not carry, we will say so rather than stretch.
No — and be cautious of any contractor who offers to. Alabama limits what contractors can do on the claims side, and public adjusting is a licensed activity we do not perform. What we do: document damage with photos as we go, provide a detailed written estimate your adjuster can work from, answer their technical questions about scope, and do the repair work to the agreed scope. You and your adjuster settle the claim; we work alongside that process, never inside it. We never waive deductibles — that too is a line Alabama watches, and so do we.
Honestly: it depends on the scale of the event and where our crews are committed. After a major hurricane, demand along the coast spikes past every contractor's capacity, and anyone who promises you instant response in that environment is telling you what you want to hear. What we promise: call 205-281-0940, tell us the situation, and we will give you a real answer on when we can be there — and if we cannot get to you in a workable window, we will say so up front so you can keep calling down your list. Making your property weather-tight comes first in any triage.
Yes — temporary weather-tightening (tarps, board-up, temporary repairs to stop active water intrusion) is the right first step after storm damage, and we can scope it as its own visit. Permanent repairs are quoted separately after the property is stable and the full damage picture is visible. That sequencing protects you: you are not committing to a full repair contract while rain is still coming through the roof.
We photograph damage before we touch it, document conditions as work proceeds, and provide a written, itemized estimate that separates storm-damage scope from any pre-existing wear we find. Adjusters appreciate the distinction — it keeps claims clean. If we find damage that looks unrelated to the storm, we flag it honestly rather than bundling it into your claim scope; that kind of bundling is how claims get denied or worse.
Ask us for our current license numbers and you can check them yourself on the State of Alabama licensing portals. We are based in Birmingham and serve the Gulf Coast — Baldwin and Mobile counties — on scheduled routes. Ask for a current certificate of insurance at any point during the estimate process. Workmanship warranty terms are written into every contract, and manufacturer warranties apply to materials.
Call and tell us what happened — we'll tell you honestly when we can be there and what the first step looks like. Free estimates, written scopes, photo documentation.
